Friday 13th March -

1. Work for the 2 weeks after March Break:
   • Review Empower sounds, keywords, affixes, irregular words, alert strategies daily (the duotang that was sent home at the start of the year!)
   • read from your Forest of Reading books daily (use Empower)
   • minimum 1 page of your math duotang each day
   • minimum 1 page of you Sentences & Conventions duotang each day
   • write a journal at the end of each day about what you have done, your thoughts/feelings about your day (try to use similes)
   • Feel free to go to any website above and do some online reading, math, and/or typing practice
2. Do not return after 3 weeks off and tell me you haven't done this...you have the time and the paperwork!! This is YOUR learning, so make the most of it!

Friday 10th January -

1. Read chunk #1 of your novel study book by Monday!! (under 'Links' you will find your book as a video read aloud - watch and listen to the video of chunk #1, AFTER you have read chunk #1)

Tuesday 7th January -

1. Bring back ski trip forms asap if you want to go - spots fill up fast!
2. Review Empower sounds and strategies

1. Secret Santa gifts are due next week WEDNESDAY!! You may bring your wrapped gift in before and I will safely keep it until Wednesday
